Blu-ray Sales: November 16-22: The American Revolution Is Beaten Back by The Naked Gun

For the week that ended on November 22nd, Paramount Home Media Distribution's The Naked Gun (2025) shot up to first place on the Blu-ray-only chart in its second week on sale, pushing last week's top title, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale, down to second place, while third place on the Blu-ray-only chart went to a new release, PBS' The American Revolution (2025).

Double Impact 35th Anniversary 4K Blu-ray

Scream Factory and Shout Factory have revealed their February batch of 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases. Amongst them are: Prison On Fire 1 & 2 (1987-1991), The Big Heat (1988), Dead Silence (2007), Deathstalker (2025), and Brotherhood of the Wolf (2001).

This Week on Blu-ray: December 1-7

For the week of December 1st, the Warner Archive Collection will release Tom and Jerry: The Golden Era Anthology (1940-1958) on Blu-ray. Other catalog titles include Laurel & Hardy: Year Three (1929) on Blu-ray from Flicker Alley, the Claudette Colbert films Maid of Salem, I Met Him in Paris, Zaza (1938) and Skylark (1941) on Blu-ray from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, the Blu-ray and 4K UHD premieres of The House with Laughing Windows and Wild Style from Arrow Video, a new 4K UHD edition for His Girl Friday from the Criterion Collection and 4K UHD upgrades for The Ninja Trilogy (1981-1984) and Paul (2011) from Kino Lorber.

For the week that ended on October 18th, Walt Disney Home Entertainment's The Fantastic Four: First Steps topped both the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts in its debut, while second place went to Paramount Home Media Distribution's Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning, which was the week's top 4K UHD title. Third place on the Blu-ray-only chart went to another new release, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's Weapons (2025).
