Blu-ray Sales: July 19-25: Michael's Not Falling Down in Second Week

For the week that ended on July 25th, Lionsgate Home Entertainment's Michael (2026) remained atop the Blu-ray-only, overall packaged media and 4K UHD charts in its second week, while Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Obsession (2025) remained in second place in its second week. Third place on the Blu-ray-only chart went to Falling Down, which was released on remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD by Arrow Video this week.

For the week of August 3rd, Decal Releasing and Neon will release Exit 8 on Blu-ray and other new releases include Viz Media's anime series Rooster Fighter: Season One (2026). Catalog titles include A Midsummer Night's Dream (1935), The Sisters (1938), Random Harvest, Presenting Lily Mars, The Seventh Cross and Macao (1952) on Blu-ray from the Warner Archive Collection, School on Fire on Blu-ray and 4K UHD from Shout Factory and 4K UHD upgrades for Safe (1995) from the Criterion Collection, The People vs. Larry Flynt from Arrow Video, American Pie 2 and Little Fockers from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby fr om Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Alliance Entertainment, in association with Amazon MGM Studios, is preparing 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases of Travis Knight's Masters of the Universe (2026), starring Nicholas Galitzine, Camila Mendes, Jared Leto, Alison Brie, and Idris Elba. The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on October 20.

For the week that ended on June 21st, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Jaws, which was released in a new 4K UHD edition for its 50th anniversary, topped both the Blu-ray-only and UHD Sellers charts for the week, while the week's top disc seller, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and MGM's A Working Man, slid to second place on the Blu-ray-only chart in its second week. Third place went to Warner Archive Collection's Blu-ray of the Looney Tunes Collector's Vault: Volume 1 (1939-1962).
