Ice Cream Man 4K Blu-ray

Alliance Entertainment is preparing 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray releases of Eli Roth's Ice Cream Man (2026), starring Ari Millen, Charlie Zeltzer, Shiloh O'Reilly, Sarah Abbott, and Benjamin Byron Davis. The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on October 20.

Blu-ray Sales: August 9-15: Project Hail Mary Fends Off Mars Attacks! in First Week

For the week that ended on August 15th, Alliance Entertainment's Project Hail Mary topped the Blu-ray-only, overall packaged media and 4K UHD charts in its debut. Second place on the Blu-ray-only chart went to Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's Mars Attacks!, which was released on 4K UHD this week, while third place went to Warner's own Mortal Kombat II in its third week.

This Week on Blu-ray: August 24-30

For the week of August 24th, Walt Disney Home Entertainment will release Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu on Blu-ray and 4K UHD. Other new releases include Disclosure Day from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, The Sheep Detectives from Alliance Entertainment, Abraham's Boys: A Dracula Story from Shudder, Carolina Caroline from Magnolia Home Entertainment, Reacher: Season Three from Paramount Home Media Distribution, Father Mother Sister Brother from MUBI, Power Ballad from Lionsgate Home Entertainment, The Breadwinner from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and The Audacity: Season 1 from AMC Studios.

The Rock 30th Anniversary 4K Blu-ray

Chicken With Vinegar (1985), starring Jean Poiret, Stéphane Audran, Michel Bouquet, and Lucas Belvaux, and Inspector Lavardin (1986), starring Jean Poiret, Jean-Claude Brialy, and Bernadette Lafont. In February, Kino Lorber signed a multi-year agreement with Palisades Tartan to serve as its exclusive home entertainment distributor in the US and Canada (as available). Frank Tarzi, the VP of Acquisitions and Business Development for Kino Lorber, has revealed some of the titles the company is preparing for Blu-ray release.

UK distributors Peccadillo Pictures have acquired UK and Irish rights to Sophie Hyde's Sundance and Berlin Crystal Bear winner, 52 Tuesdays. The film marks the distributor's first acquisition from sales agent Visit Films. The Australian drama follows 16 year old Billie's path to independence after her mother reveals that she would like to under-go gender transition which leads to the mother-daughter duo only being able to spend time together on Tuesday afternoons.

The third installment in the Bad Ass action-comedy franchise is produced by Ash R. Shah, Ben Feingold and Jim Busfield, reuniting the successful team that brought the first two cult-hit films.
