This Week on Blu-ray: June 1-7

For the week of June 1st, Walt Disney Home Entertainment will release Hoppers on Blu-ray and 4K UHD. Other new releases include Doctor Who: Season Two (2025) from BBC Studios, The Creep Tapes: Season Two (2025) from Shudder, Protector (2026) from Magenta Light Studios and Homestead: The Series: Season 1 (2024-2025) from Angel Studios. Catalog titles include Aesthetics of a Bullet from Radiance Films, Covert Affairs: The Complete Series (2010-2014) from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and 4K UHD upgrades for Charade (1963) and Five Easy Pieces (1970) from the Criterion Collection, The Boys in the Band (1970) from Cinématographe and The Flintstones (1994) from Shout Factory.

Blu-ray Sales: May 10-16: Fight Club Beats Up Recent Releases to Top the Charts

For the week that ended on May 16th, Disney and 20th Century Studios' Fight Club (1999), which was released on 4K UHD for the first time, topped the Blu-ray-only, overall packaged media and 4K UHD charts, sending last week's top title, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's IT: Welcome to Derry: The Complete First Season (2025) down to second place. Third place on the Blu-ray-only chart went to Lionsgate Home Entertainment's I Can Only Imagine 2 in its second week.

Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair 20th Anniversary 4K Blu-ray (UPDATED)

Lionsgate Home Entertainment will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair (2006) with a brand new 4K Blu-ray/Blu-ray combo pack release, which is scheduled to arrive on the market on July 14th.

For the week that ended on February 10th, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Trolls Band Together rose one spot to top both the the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts in its fourth week. while Universal's Oppenheimer (2023) rose back into the top three to take second place on both charts in its twelfth week. Third place was taken by last week's number one title, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment's Thanksgiving (2023)
