Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray Nathan Juran's The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958), starring Kerwin Mathews, Kathryn Grant, Richard Eyer, Torin Thatcher, and Alec Mango. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on July 21.

Blu-ray Sales: April 12-18: Godzilla Minus One, Brian Cohen of Judea: 4K

For the week that ended on April 18th, Toho's Godzilla Minus One rose up and crushed both the Blu-ray-only and 4K UHD charts, while Alliance Entertainment's Mercy (2026) remained in second place in its second week on shelves and Lionsgate Home Entertainment's Greenland 2: Migration remained in third place in its third week. Fourth place went to the Criterion Collection's remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD releases of Monty Python's Life of Brian.

This Week on Blu-ray: April 27-May 3

For the week of April 27th, Lionsgate Home Entertainment will release Dust Bunny on 4K UHD combo pack. Other new releases include Highest 2 Lowest from A24, Grafted from Shudder, Cold Storage from Samuel Goldwyn Films, Great Absence from Film Movement and Plan 75 from KimStim. Catalog titles include Blu-rays from the Warner Archive Collection, Badge 373 from Cinématographe, Something's Gotta Give from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and 4K UHD releases for Hold that Ghost and Throw Momma from the Train from Kino Lorber, The Grapes of Death and The Living Dead Girl from Indicator, Innerspace and Soldier (1998) from Arrow Video and John Singleton's Hood Trilogy (1991-2001) from the Criterion Collection.

Hoppers 4K Blu-ray

Disney will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Daniel Chong's Hoppers (2026), featuring the voices of Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm, Meryl Streep, and Dave Franco. The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on June 2.

For the week of February 1st, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has the 2020 theatrical release Let Him Go, starring Kevin Costner and Diane Lane, as well as Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing coming to 4K UHD. Other new releases this week include the documentary The Last Blockbuster from Passion River, Host and the documentary Horror Noire: A History of Black Horror from RLJ Entertainment, Shout Factory's biopic Tesla, starring Ethan Hawke and finally, Sky Sharks from Capelight Pictures and MPI Home Video. This week also sees Kino Lorber bring out a newly remastered edition of Dark Intruder, a 1965 horror with Leslie Nielsen. Also, don't miss several catalog titles debuting on Blu-ray from both Universal Studios and Paramount Pictures.

For the week that ended on January 23rd, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's Tenet topped both the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts for the fifth time in six weeks of release. Two weeks ago, Christopher Nolan's epic action-adventure was briefly dethroned by Paramount Home Media Distribution's Love and Monsters, which then slipped to second place last week as Tenet regained the top spot.
