The second season of Black Clover brings the journey to new heights of adventure as dangerous quests go underway as our heroes are put to the test. As Asta attempts to find a solution to his broken arms – a ailment which no magic seems capable of resolving – the master of “never giving up” finds some of his own magic up his sleeve. The journey leads to a epic battle in the Witches Forrest, a new tournament to determine who will become new Magic Knights, and some surprising turn of events with the Wizard King. Can Asta remain a hero – or will he emerge a villain?

A new mission. A new danger awaits.

The second season of Black Clover remains a fun and entertaining anime series. Though the season is a little less enjoyable than the first season was, the saga remains full of action-packed fun and plenty of charm. The animation is exquisite and showcases the immense talents of the team of animators. The series writing and direction and well executed and will keep fans enthused. The Blu-ray releases of Season 2 are impressive: Funimation provides each individual set (collected together in this mega collection) with impressive video-audio and a nice assortment of supplemental features. Highly Recommended.
