Amazon Blu-ray Deals of the Week: Planet of the Apes, Homeland, and Once Upon a Time (Expired)

In addition to the various Lightning and Black Friday deals scheduled for this week, Amazon is holding its standard Blu-ray Deals of the Week sales. Through November 24th, the Blu-ray Deals of the Week affect Twentieth Century Fox's Planet Of The Apes Collection as well as Fox's Homeland: The Complete First Season set and Season One of Disney's Once Upon a Time.
The Planet Of The Apes Collection bundles together the first five entries in Twentieth Century Fox's landmark science-fiction franchise:
The package also contains a wide assortment of bonus supplements, including behind-the-scenes documentaries, interviews with cast and crew members, and audio commentaries.
Amazon is offering the Planet Of The Apes Collection for $22.99 (a 54% discount from its MSRP of $49.99).
Homeland: The Complete First Season, on the other hand, is the inaugural installment of Showtime's Golden Globe-winning spy drama - it won awards for Best Television Series (Drama) and Best Actress in a Television Series (Drama). The series stars Claire Danes (Romeo + Juliet) as Carrie Mathison, a troubled CIA agent convinced that Al Qaeda is using a decorated U.S. war veteran (Damian Lewis, Band of Brothers) to help execute a terrorist attack on American soil.
Fox's three-disc Blu-ray set presents Season One in its 1.78:1 broadcast aspect ratio with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio tracks. The set also contains bonus supplements such as deleted scenes, a behind-the-scenes featurette, and commentaries on selected episodes.
