France Televisions Distribution have revealed that they are planning to bring to Blu-ray acclaimed director Francois Ozon's (8 femmes, Potiche) latest film Dans la maison a.k.a In the House (2012), starring Fabrice Luchini, Ernst Umhauer, Kristin Scott Thomas, Emmanuelle Seigner, and Yolande Moreau. Street date is February 20th.
A boy of 16 wants to get in the house of one of his classmates to glean inspiration for his writing assignments. Impressed with this unusual and gifted student, his teacher rediscovers a taste for teaching, but the intrusion sparks a series of uncontrollable events.
Earlier this year, In the House won the Prize of the International Critics (FIPRESCI Prize) for Special Presentations at the Toronto International Film Festival. The film also won the Golden Seashell (Best Film) Golden Shell, and Prize of the Jury awards at the San Sebastian International Film Festival.
