The official trailer for Fede Alvarez's remake of Sam Raimi's cult horror film will be released tomorrow, Wednesday, October 24th, but a teaser for it was surfaced today. Based on a screenplay by Sam Raimi, Evil Dead, starring Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez and Jessica Lucas is set to open in theaters across the U.S. on April 13, 2013.

Official synopsis: In the much anticipated remake of the 1981 cult-hit horror film, five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin. When they discover a Book of the Dead, they unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.
