IFA 2006, which is the world's largest consumer electronics and IT show, was recently held from September 1-6 in Berlin, Germany and we were of course there to check out the latest Blu-ray products on display. Companies that were showing Blu-ray related products included AMEX, CyberLink, Dell, DTS, Hitachi, HP, LG, Lite-On, Nero, Panasonic, Philips, Pioneer, Samsung, Sharp, Sonic, Sony and TDK. Among other things we were able to uncover some new and updated products, a mysterious Sharp player, as well as some previously unannounced Blu-ray movies.
