This November, Lionsgate Home Entertainment brings its action-thriller, The Expendables 2, home to Blu-ray. The sequel to 2010's The Expendables stars even more grizzled, gun toting, muscular leading men including: Sylvester Stallone (Rocky), Jason Statham (The Transporter), Jet Li (Hero), Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV), Terry Crews (Gamer) Bruce Willis (Die Hard), Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games), Chuck Norris (Walker Texas Ranger) and even Arnold Schwarzenegger (The Terminator). The Expendables 2 explodes onto Blu-ray November 20th.
The team signs on for a mission that looks like an easy paycheck for Barney and his band of old-school mercenaries. But things go wrong fast and one of their own is killed by a psychotic terrorist for hire. Hell-bent on payback, they cut a swath of destruction through enemy territory and wreak havoc upon their opponents. In the midst of the mayhem, they must also shut down an unexpected threat in the nick of time - prevent five tons of weapons-grade plutonium from falling into the wrong hands.
