Well Go USA Entertainment has acquired the U.S. rights to Chinese-Korean director Hur Jin-Ho's Dangerous Liaisons (2012), a lavish new adaptation of the popular novel by French writer Pierre Choderlos de Laclos. The film will have its North American premiere this coming Monday at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Dangerous Liaisons stars Zhang Ziyi (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), Jang Dong-gun (My Way) and Cecilia Cheung (Running on Karma, One Nite in Mongkok).
Note: Well Go USA Entertainment have released on Blu-ray such recent hits as Wei Te-Sheng's epic Warriors of the Rainbow: Seediq Bale, Dante Lam's The Viral Factor, and Jang Hun's The Front Line.
