Lionsgate Films and MSN have revealed the international trailer for On the Road. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries), this drama is an adaptation of Jack Kerouac's classic coming-of-age novel, which filters the uncertainty and change of post-World-War-II America through the consciousness of the emerging "Beat" generation.
As in the novel, the film focuses on Kerouac's literary surrogate, Sal Paradise (Sam Riley, Control), a struggling young writer who embarks on a cross-country road trip with free-spirited drifter Dean Moriarty (Garrett Hedlund, TRON: Legacy), a trip that changes both men forever.
