Studio Canal have revealed that they are planning to release on Blu-ray Stefano Sollima's (son of legendary Italian director Sergio Sollima) ACAB: All Cops Are Bastards (2012), starring Pierfrancesco Favino, Filippo Nigro and Marco Giallini. The preliminary release date set by the distributors is October 8th.
Earlier this year, the film, which tells the story of three veteran cops and a young recruit from a riot unit, was nominated for six David di Donatello Awards (the Italian Oscars), including Best New Director and Best Cinematography (Paolo Carnera).
