Little Lord Fauntleroy Blu-ray

In June, Kino Video will bring Little Lord Fauntleroy to Blu-ray. This adaptation of Frances Hodgson Burnett's classic novel stars Freddie Bartholomew (Captains Courageous) as Cedric Errol, a child from Brooklyn who learns that he is heir to a British nobleman's title.

Directed by John Cromwell (Of Human Bondage), the film also features Dolores Costello (The Magnificent Ambersons), C. Aubrey Smith (The Four Feathers), Guy Kibbee (Lady For a Day), Una O'Connor (The Adventures of Robin Hood), and Mickey Rooney (Night at the Museum).

While Kino has not yet detailed the exact technical and supplementary specifications for the Blu-ray, the disc will sport a new, restored HD transfer from the George Eastman House.

Little Lord Fauntleroy is expected to street on June 26th.
