The Iron Lady Blu-ray

In April, Anchor Bay Home Entertainment and the Weinstein Company will bring The Iron Lady to Blu-ray. The film showcases the talents of acclaimed actress Meryl Streep (Adaptation), who gives an Academy Award-nominated performance as former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Directed by Phyllida Lloyd (Mamma Mia!), this biopic attempts to uncover the humanity behind the highly controversial icon.

Written by Abi Morgan (The Hour), the film also stars Olivia Colman (Hot Fuzz), Iain Glen (Game of Thrones), Nicholas Farrell (Torchwood: Children of Earth), Roger Allam (V for Vendetta), Richard E. Grant (Withnail and I), and Jim Broadbent (Another Year) as Thatcher's husband, Denis.

Anchor Bay's Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy combo pack presents the film in its 2.39:1 original aspect ratio alongside a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. The disc also contains a number of bonus supplements, such as:
