Amazon's weekly Blu-ray Gold Box deal affects the Limited Edition version of The Sound of Music. Through February 11th, Amazon is offering The Sound of Music on Blu-ray for $28.99.
20th Century Fox's popular musical centering around the WWII-set exploits of the Von Trapp family, The Sound of Music stars Julie Andrews (10) and Christopher Plummer (Beginners).
The Gold Box deal presents the three-disc set at a 68% markdown from its SRP of $89.99; the Limited Edition is region free and offers a 1080p restoration of the film - with a 2.20:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD Master Audio - alongside many special features.
This deal expires at 12 AM PST/3 AM EST next Sunday, February 12th.
