BD-UP5500. However the press conference did not give specifics, such as a release date. Interestingly, the Samsung home product rep Nelson Allen did not even refer to Blu-ray or the "other format", just saying that the player will play "any HD format disc you have". No specifications were given other than 1080p with 24fps playback, other information reveals it will be BD profile 1.1 compliant. No word on audio formats supported at this time.
