The Killing: The Complete First Season Blu-ray

Next March, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment will bring The Killing: The Complete First Season to Blu-ray. A remake of the popular Danish television program Forbrydelsen, this complex procedural follows the political and social unrest that erupts in Seattle as police search for a teenage girl's killer.

Mireille Enos (Big Love) and Joel Kinnaman (Safe House) headline an impressive cast that includes Billy Campbell (The Rocketeer), Michelle Forbes (Kalifornia), Brandon Jay McLaren (Tucker & Dale vs. Evil), Annie Corley (Seabiscuit), Eric Ladin (Mad Men), Brendan Sexton III (Black Hawk Down), and Brent Sexton (Deadwood).

Fox's three-disc Blu-ray set presents all thirteen Season One episodes in their 1.78:1 broadcast aspect ratio with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio tracks. The package also contains a number of bonus supplements, such as:

• Audio commentaries on the pilot and season finale
• Extended cut of the finale
• Autopsy of The Killing behind-the-scenes featurette
• Deleted scenes
• Gag reel
