In an early announcement to retailers, The Weinstein Company has revealed that it plans to release on Blu-ray director Simon Curtis' My Week with Marilyn (2011), starring Michelle Williams, Eddie Redmayne, Julia Ormond, Judi Dench, and Kenneth Branagh. Based on true events, the film chronicles Marilyn Monroe's 1956 trip to London to shoot The Prince and the Showgirl with Sir Laurence Olivier. The preliminary street date set by the studio is March 6th.
