The Blu-ray.com team is happy to announce another upgrade, this time we have added a unique feature called
"Movie Appeal" to the movie profiles. The purpose of the Movie Appeal information is to give you an idea of
what a movie is about/what to expect from it and to help you decide whether you think you will like this movie or not.
For example: if you are looking for a light, fast paced movie, you should not look at movies with a high
Drama percentage, you should look for Action. If you are looking for a movie with more 'depth' and character building, you
should look for a movie with a high Drama percentage and low Action percentage. If a movie has both
Action and Drama set, you can look at the percentages to see the main theme. Similarly you can see if a
movie is a comedy with romance in it, or if it's a romantic movie with comedy in it etc.

The Lord of the Rings

Fantasy: 76%
Action: 60%
This tells us that The Lord of the Rings is mainly an adventure movie with a lot of fantasy in it and also
quite a lot of action.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2

Mystery: 36%
This tells us that the last Harry Potter movie is a combination of (and appeals to fans of) adventure,
fantasy and family. Mystery is part of the movie, but it's not the main genre. If mystery is what you are
interested in, then you should be more interested in for example Lost.

Scarface is balanced between crime/drama and while containing elements of action, this is not the main theme and if you are looking for mainly action, this is not the movie for you.
