The UK branch of Studio Canal will release on Blu-ray acclaimed director Roland Joffé's (The Mission, There Be Dragons) The Killing Fields (1984), starring John Malkovich, Sam Waterston, Julian Sands, and Haing S. Ngor. In 1984, the film won three Oscar Awards, including Best Cinematography (Chris Menges) and Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Haing S. Ngor). Street date is February 27th.
Note: Director Joffé's latest film, There Be Dragons, is set to be released on Blu-ray in the UK on February 6th. The U.S. Blu-ray release is set for January 10th.
