The UK branch of Studio Canal (formerly Optimum Home Entertainment) has revealed that it will release on Blu-ray Paddy Considine's Tyrannosaur (2011), starring Peter Mullan, Olivia Colman, Eddie Marsan, Paul Popplewell. The release will hit retail shelves on February 6th.
Collecting three awards at this year's Sundance, Tyrannosaur is the debut feature film from award winning actor Paddy Considine (Dead Man's Shoes). Joseph, (Mullan) a man plagued by violence and a rage that is driving him to self- destruction, is spiraling into turmoil. A chance of redemption appears in the form of Hannah (Colman), a Christian charity shop worker. Their relationship develops to reveal that Hannah is hiding a secret of her own, a secret with devastating consequences for both of them.
