This December, Warner Home Entertainment will bring
Dolphin Tale to Blu-ray. Inspired by a true story, the film centers on Winter, a dolphin who, after losing her tail in a crab trap accident, forges a special bond with a young boy (Nathan Gamble,
Babel ).

Dolphin Tale features an impressive supporting cast that includes Ashley Judd (
A Time to Kill ), Harry Connick Jr. (
Copycat ), Kris Kristofferson (
He's Just Not That Into You ), Frances Sternhagen (
The Mist ), and Morgan Freeman (
The Shawshank Redemption ).
Warner will offer two Blu-ray versions of the film -
a three-disc Blu-ray 3D/Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet Digital Copy combo pack and
a two-disc Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet Digital Copy combo pack .
While a complete roster of technical specifications is still unknown for both sets, the discs do have the following bonus supplements:
