Italian distributors Eagle Pictures will release on Blu-ray acclaimed director David Cronenberg's Naked Lunch (1991), starring Peter Weller, Ian Holm, Roy Scheider, Julian Sands, and Judy Davis. In 1992, the film won Best Director and Best Screenplay Awards at the National Society of Film Critics Awards. Street date is December 7th.
Based on the famous novel by beat writer William S. Burroughs, Naked Lunch tells the story of a pest exterminator who injects some of his own insecticide, thus invoking a world where reality and hallucination are indistinguishable.
