British distributors Entertainment One will release on Blu-ray Kevin Smith's Red State (2011), starring John Goodman, Melissa Leo, and Michael Parks. Technical specs, special features and region coding status for this release are unknown at the moment, but the preliminary street date set by the distributors is January 23.
Earlier this year, Red State premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. In the U.S., the film is distributed by Lionsgate Films.
Red State tells the story of a group of teens in Middle America who receive an online invitation for sex, but soon encounter fundamentalists with a much more sinister agenda.
