Anchor Bay Home Entertainment will release Tanner Hall on Blu-ray this December. The feature film debut of writer/directors Francesca Gregorini and Tatiana von Furstenberg, this provocative drama focuses on life within a privileged all-girls boarding school.
Actress Rooney Mara (The Social Network, the upcoming The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo remake) stars as Fernanda, a Tanner Hall senior who is trying to adjust to the reappearance of Victoria (Georgia King, The Duchess), a childhood acquaintance and manipulative trouble-maker. The two girls begin a fierce rivalry, the consequences of which threaten to impact not just their last year of high school but also their impending adulthood.
Anchor Bay's Blu-ray presents the film in a 1.78:1 aspect ratio with a 5.1 Dolby True HD audio track. The disc contains a number of bonus materials, including:
