This November, Lionsgate will bring The Devil's Double to Blu-ray. Directed by Lee Tamahori (The Edge), the film tells the sensational true story of Latif Yahia, an Iraqi army lieutenant thrust into levels of decadence and savagery he never thought possible when his government orders him to double for Saddam Hussein's son, Uday "The Black Prince" Hussein.
In a widely-praised dual performance, Dominic Cooper (An Education) plays both Latif and Uday, and he is backed by a supporting cast that includes Ludivine Sagnier (Peter Pan) as Uday's favorite mistress who enters a torrid love affair with Latif.
While Lionsgate has not released the Blu-ray's complete list of technical specifications, the film will be presented in its original aspect ratio of 2.39:1. The disc also includes a number of bonus supplements, such as:
