For their latest animated feature release, Disney has reached back 70 years to bring us
Dumbo in stunning high definition. Purist will love the fact that Disney carefully restored this classic to its original splendor without over doing it, and even went so far as to include the original mono mix (the surround sound track is there as well). Children, possibly unfamiliar with the film, will love the bright colors and touching story.
Staff reviewer Kenneth Brown commented in his
Dumbo Blu-ray review , "While the film is only 64-minutes long, it has just as much heart and spirit as its brethren. Better still, Dumbo isn't flying alone. Its video transfer is magnificent, its DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 surround track and 320kbps original mono mix are notable additions to an already impressive disc."

Bridesmaids, was a success in the box office was not a surprise. It obviously plays on the success of both
The Hangover and
Sex in the City and wraps the idea into a package that both men and women can enjoy. That it was able to do over $160M domestic is outstanding. Consider that
Thor made just a few million more but cost over five times as much to make. Yup, these ladies played against the boys and won. Big.
For the
Bridesmaids Blu-ray review , staff reviewer Jeffrey Kaufman commented, "It's certainly no huge innovative masterpiece, but it nicely molds the Apatow anarchistic raunch-fest gross-out ethic onto a more female-centric point of view and it features a bevy of great performances. If it's a bit kinder and gentler than some other films bearing the Apatow imprimatur, that's certainly nothing to be ashamed of. This Blu-ray looks and sounds fantastic and it boasts a wealth of supplemental material."
