In an early retail announcement, Geffen Records has indicated plans to bring Nirvana: Live at the Paramount to Blu-ray. The only known full-length Nirvana concert shot on film, Live at the Paramount finds the band showcasing their now-classic Nevermind album with such songs as:

Timed to coincide with Nevermind's 20th Anniversary, the hour-long concert has been remixed and restored for the Blu-ray edition from its original 16mm film elements, with both 5.1 and 2.0 LPCM audio tracks.
Famed documentarian and music video director Lance Bangs (Tell Them Anything You Want: A Portrait of Maurice Sendak) has been personally involved in the restoration and was one of the chief architects of the Live at the Paramount editing process; in a statement released by Bangs on September 17th, he "spent much of 2011 working on making a coherent concert film out of the material." The result is, according to Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic, "a pretty good representation of [the] band" in their heyday.
Nirvana: Live at the Paramount will premiere on VHI Classic this Friday, September 23rd at at 11:00 PM EST/PST. The Blu-ray is then expected to street as a Best Buy-exclusive on September 27th and then expand its release schedule on December 27th.
