Warner Home Entertainment will release Shameless: The Complete First Season on Blu-ray this holiday season. Showtime's popular revamp of the long-running British television program, the series stars William H. Macy (Fargo) as the shiftless patriarch of the Gallagher family, a poverty-line Chicago clan barely held together by eldest daughter Fiona (Emmy Rossum, The Day After Tomorrow).
Though Warner has not issued a complete list of supplementary and technical specifications for the Blu-ray, the 2-disc set will feature all twelve episodes from Season One in their broadcast aspect ratio of 1.78:1.
Shameless: The Complete First Season is expected to street on December 27th.
