This October, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will bring the unrated version of director Jake Kasdan's Bad Teacher to Blu-ray. The comedy stars Cameron Diaz (Charlie's Angels) as a crude junior high educator competing with a beloved colleague (Lucy Punch, Dinner for Schmucks) for the affections of an attractive new teacher (Justin Timberlake, The Social Network).
Sony's preliminary technical specifications for this Blu-ray/DVD combo pack (a Blu-ray-only version of the film is also available) indicate an HD transfer of the film's 1.85:1 aspect ratio with a DTS-HD Master Audio track. The disc will also feature a number of supplemental materials, such as:
