Warner Bros. and HBO have announced that they will bring John Landis' 1986 comedy ¡Three Amigos! to Blu-ray on November 22nd.
The film stars Chevy Chase, Steve Martin and Martin Short as three silent films actors who mistakenly believe that they have been invited to star in a film in a small Mexican village. Once there, they take on the role of the Three Amigos and are tasked with the job of saving the village from the ruthless bandit El Guapo and his men.
Update: While a complete list of special features and technical specifications for the release have yet to be determined, Warner Home Video has announced that the disc will feature 20 minutes of never-before-seen footage and a new Blu-ray transfer overseen by director John Landis.
The studio has set the catalog title with a nice starting SRP of $14.98. Pre-orders have already gone up on Amazon.
