One of the most influential thrillers ever made, The Bad Seed arrives on Blu-ray just in time for Halloween. The Academy Award-nominated adaptation of Maxwell Anderson's stageplay, director Mervyn LeRoy's 1956 film stars Nancy Kelly (Jesse James) as a mother who discovers that her adolescent daughter (Patty McCormack, Frost/Nixon) is a psychopathic killer.
Warner Home Entertainment has not announced the full technical and supplemental details for the Blu-ray; the film will, however, receive a 1080p upgrade in its original aspect ratio of 1.37:1. Check back later for more information.
