The Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway Blu-ray (Updated)

Fresh off its television premiere on HBO, The Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway will street on Blu-ray this fall. A filmed version of the live Broadway stage show, The Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway is writer/performer Paul Reubens' first full-length return to the character since the Emmy award-winning "Pee-wee's Playhouse" television show ended in 1990.
Presenting the eighty-nine-minute television special in its 1.78:1 widescreen aspect ratio, the Blu-ray will be mastered in 1080p video and Uncompressed PCM 2.0 Stereo sound.
Update: In terms of special features, the disc contains a commentary track with Paul Reubens (Life During Wartime) and selected members of the stage show cast.
Image Entertainment will release The Pee-wee Herman Show on Broadway on September 13th, 2011.
