In an early announcement to retailers, British distributors Optimum Home Entertainment have revealed that they will release on Blu-ray Francis Ford Coppola's The Outsiders (1983), starring Patrick Swayze, C. Thomas Howell, Tom Cruise, Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, Rob Lowe, and Diane Lane. Technical specs and region coding status for this release are unknown at the moment. Street date is September 12th.
