British distributors Optimum Home Entertainment have revealed that they are preparing a Blu-ray release of Rachid Bouchareb's Hors-la-loi a.k.a Outside the Law (2010), starring Jamel Debbouze (Amelie), Roschdy Zem (Days of Glory), and Sami Bouajila (The Nest). Last year, the film was selected to represent Algeria in the Best Foreign Language Film category at the 83rd Academy Awards. Street date is August 29th.
