British distributors Artificial Eye have revealed that they will release on Blu-ray Takashi Miike's 13 Assassins (2010), starring Kôji Yakusho (Shall We Dance), Takayuki Yamada (Vengeance Can Wait), and Yûsuke Iseya (Memories of Matsuko). Based on a screenplay by Kaneo Ikegami, the film tells the story of a group of unemployed samurai who must bring down a sadistic lord. Street date is September 5th.
