Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced Richard Linklater's
Dazed and Confused for a planned release on August 9th. The film was previously released on the now defunct HD DVD format in 2008, and is part of a series of catalog titles that the studio was rumored to be preparing for the HD format switch (see Blu-ray.com News,
October 7).
