Disney Details Fox and the Hound 2-Movie Collection

Walt Disney Home Entertainment has detailed the upcoming Two-Movie Collection release of The Fox and the Hound and The Fox and the Hound 2, due on August 9th. The 3-disc Combo Pack will include a single BD-50 disc housing both films, a standard DVD copy of the original classic and a separate standard DVD copy of its direct-to-video sequel.

The set's supplemental package will feature:

• Unlikely Friends: This Blu-ray exclusive introduces families to a fun and fascinating collection of unlikely friendships in the animal kingdom.



• Passing the Baton, The Making of The Fox and the Hound: This feature allows fans to take a deeper look into Disney history as legendary animators hand over the reins to a new generation.



• "Best of Friends" Sing-A-Long: Sing along with Pearl Bailey on this classic Walt Disney song from The Fox and the Hound.



• "You Know I Will" Music Video: High School Musical star Lucas Grabeel sings the end-credit song from The Fox and the Hound 2.



• The Making of the Music: Music is at center stage in The Fox and the Hound 2. This feature reveals how the songs in the film were created with Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood and some of the hottest performers in Nashville. Viewers will further discover how animation and music work together to further enhance a classic story.
