Plextor Release New External USB3.0 12x BD-RE Writer

Plextor have released a new BD-RE writer, the PX-LB950UE, that will write BD-R discs at up to 12x. The drive also writes DVDs and CDs, and is has LightScribe disc labelling in built. It uses the new USB3.0 SuperSpeed standard for fast data transfer and eSATA for those without USB3.0 computers, sadly no sign of Intel's ThunderBolt.





The drive is available now for $239.99 in online shops and in stores.
