Those movies have something in common: they were all made in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and come from the catalog of Hollywood Pictures or Touchstone Pictures. Thus, they were previously handled by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. Therefore, it appears that Disney has licensed some of its live-action titles to Mill Creek.
