Denon has announced that they will bring their recently announced Blu-ray player and transport to Japan this January. The specs should be identical to the US versions, with the
DVD-2500BT Blu-ray Transport priced at 231,000 yen and the
DVD-3800BD Blu-ray Player priced at 336,000 yen. A firm release date is expected later this year.
