On February 14, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will re-release Steven Spielberg's
Close Encounters of the Third Kind as part of the "Blu-ray Essentials" collection. This edition will consist of two discs and will include all the disc-based special features from the
30th Anniversary Ultimate Edition, but not the "A View from Above" mini-poster, or the collectible booklet. List price is $19.99.
