An early announcement to retailers indicates that in February 2011, MGM Home Entertainment, in conjunction with 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, will release four Oscar-winning or nominated catalog movies. On February 8, it will release
Thelma & Louise (20th Anniversary Edition) (Ridley Scott, 1991). A week later, the studio will release
Last Tango in Paris (Bernardo Bertolucci, 1972),
Moonstruck (Norman Jewison, 1987), and
Rain Man (Barry Levinson, 1988).
Special features have not been revealed at this time.
Thelma & Louis is labeled as a 20th Anniversary edition and thus is expected to include some new extras.
