Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced
The Official 2010 FIFA World Cup Film in 3D for release on November 16. This 3D Blu-ray will offer the highlights of the 2010 football (aka soccer) World Cup, held in South Africa and won by Spain in a first for this country team. Video is presented in 720p AVC-MVC, with English and German DTS-HD Master Audio soundtracks. Runtime is a mere 64 minutes. Note that, unlike most other 3D BDs, this disc will only play in 3D. It is labeled as region ABC.

April 8), a total of 25 matches were filmed and broadcast in 3D, including 15 matches from the first round; three matches from the second round; three matches from the quarter finals; the two semi finals; the third-place match; and the final game, held in Johannesburg on July 11.
