Late this year, Amazon will offer several Blu-ray titles five weeks before other retailers. Universal's
Lost in Translation will be available at the etailer on December 7, while other retailers will have to wait until January 4, 2011. Similarly, three IMAX 3D Blu-ray titles from Image Entertainment (
Dinosaurs Alive! 3D,
Grand Canyon Adventure: River at Risk 3D and
Wild Ocean 3D) will be in stock at Amazon on November 2, while general release will be on December 7.
An Amazon representative has confirmed that the release dates above are accurate.
