Anchor Bay Entertainment has announced Dear Mr. Gacy for Blu-ray release on December 14. This movie, starring William Forsythe, is based on the true story and best-selling book The Last Victim by Jason Moss, who as part of a school assignment started corresponding with serial killer John Wayne Gacy.
