Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced that the 1992 Michael Mann film
The Last of the Mohicans, starring Daniel Day-Lewis, will debut on Blu-ray on October 5, featuring an all-new "director's definitive cut", with a running time of 114 minutes (halfway between the lengths of the theatrical cut and the previous director's cut).
