The Germany branch of Universal Studios Home Entertainment has announced no fewer than 14 titles for release on Blu-ray on August 5 between new releases and catalog titles, many of them still unannounced in the US, including
The Break-Up,
Dante's Peak,
Eye See You (also known as
D-Tox),
The Game,
The Interpreter,
Scent of a Woman and
Sleepers.
Some (but not necessarily all) of these titles will probably be released in the US as well.
Other August Universal titles already available or announced in the US include
The Book of Eli (in three different editions),
The Holiday, Nanny McPhee 2, Out of Africa, We Own the Night and
The Wolfman (in regular and steelbook editions).
The studio will also release the Russian science-fiction film
Black Lightning (Chernaya Molniya).
